If your carrier allows for assignment of benefits, we will, as a courtesy bill them directly first and bill you for any deductible, co-insurance or balance not paid by your carrier. If you are not sure, we can also call to verify your benefits. If assignment of benefits is not allowed, payment is expected directly from you. We can provide you with fully coded receipt and you can seek reimbursement from your carrier, although we make no representation that you will be reimbursed in part or in full.
We accept credit cards, cash, and checks.
