We are an approved Medicare provider and accept Medicare and secondary insurance that supplements Medicare Part B. We accept Medicare Advantage plans that are PPO, POS or Open Access. If you are on Medicare, we will bill you directly only for those services that are deemed “non covered”.

PRIVATE INSURANCE

Although we are out of network with most insurance companies, many do offer out of network benefits including but not limited to Aetna, Blue Cross, United Healthcare, GHI, Empire Plan, Cigna. If your carrier allows for assignment of benefits, we will, as a courtesy bill them directly first and bill you for any deductible, co-insurance or balance not paid by your carrier.  If you are not sure, we can also call to verify your benefits. If assignment of benefits is not allowed, payment is expected directly from you. We can provide you with fully coded receipt and you can seek reimbursement from your carrier, although we make no representation that you will be reimbursed in part or in full.

PRIVATE PAY

We accept credit cards, cash, and checks.

NETWORK GAP EXCEPTIONS OR SINGLE CASE AGREEMENTS

A network gap exception is a tool health insurance companies use to compensate for gaps in their networks of contracted healthcare providers. Since so many physical therapists are not in network, this has become a tool to use we can on a case-by-case basis for families. If your carrier allows for exception requests or single case agreements will are happy to help you fill out the required paperwork for approval.
